Australian Whisky – Supposed to be wheat and malted barley, so a wheated Scotch without any peat – of this it succeeds. It’s a nice combination of flavors that play well together, but the antiseptic is very front and center which kind of ruins it – smells like a bourbon, but tastes more like that Scotch.
