Irish – What a 21 should be! Initial smell and taste is cherries and toasted wood. Not sure what kind of wood, but it smells like it should be wood. Whiteout ice there is a very strong barely aftertaste that isn’t entirely pleasant. Add ice and you get maple syrup in addition to the cherries. If you want a really good Irish, this is it – it should be because it costs upwards of $380. If you want something really good and not that expensive, Redbreast 15 is great. But also $150ish.
