Bourbon – Rye heavy bourbon that is just delightful. Willet made their name from blends, but they certainly know how to make their own bourbon, too. I refer to Noah’s Mill as Kentucky wine because the bottle it comes in looks like a wine bottle. A little pricey, but always worth the cost if you want something good.
