Bonded Bourbon – The initial smell is that of medicinal cherries – a little bit maraschino, a little bit rubbing alcohol. The high proof is very present in the first sip. Such a nondescript taste, it’s difficult to pin down – imagine every bourbon you’ve ever had, but slightly better. And slightly worse. Really good for mixed drinks. I am not against it as a sipper either.
