Wheat Whiskey – This is the second or third offering from Wigle that I actually like. It is just a whiskey, but it is aged for 2 years. It doesn’t have a strong wheat flavor, but it has more than just wheat and vanilla. The bottle says there are notes of salted caramel and cinnamon. I get the cinnamon, but also a fairly salty flavor as well. It’s an interesting spin for a wheated whiskey.
