Bourbon – there is a strong cinnamon smell that quickly fades to bland bourbon smells. This is a $10 bottle, so I don’t have high hopes, but it has good flavors of corn and some rye spice. The aftertaste doesn’t age well and actually quickly turns to a bad bourbon – burned oak, old corn, etc.
