Bourbon – This is a new company and whiskey made to honor Nathan “Nearest” Green. If the bottle has anything to say for the man and his skills, it’s a shame he was a secret for so long – if every start up was this good, we’d be overrun by whiskies. Fawn Weaver has done a remarkable job on such a young bourbon.
