Irish Whiskey – Not the typical Irish whiskey because it is not as barley heavy. A mild caramel nose that you really have to hunt for. Overall, very unobtrusive and non-committal. Which, I guess, agrees with the name. Started as a B+, but the more I sat with it, the lower the score got because it’s not particularly memorable.
