Rye – This has a good rye flavor, lighter in color than their normal rye. It has a little more vanilla and honey flavor and a little more antiseptic smell, probably due to the higher alcohol percentage. Makes a fantastic old fashioned, better than their normal rye because of the higher alcohol percentage. It really mellows out with a little bit of water.
