Scotch : Blended – For $250, I expect a Scotch that will blow my socks off. For $80 I can buy a handle of Johnny Walker Black which I will enjoy more, not because it is so similar, but because it is so much cheaper. If you want a good Johnny Walker, do yourself a favor and get Black. I originally had a B- as a score, but given the price and it’s taste profile, I had to downgrade it some.
