Scotch : Islay – This claims to be heavily peated, which it is compared to the Islay Barley because that has no peat, but in the scheme of Islays, it is not that high. Ironically, you really have to look for what the base is here because the peat overwhelms it; it seems very similar to the Islay Barley. A little bit of water really brings this to life.
